Every French business, regardless of size, must receive electronic invoices through a certified platform (now called Plateforme Agréée, PA, formerly known as PDP). Large and mid-sized companies must also send them starting this date. SMEs follow in September 2027, but receiving compliance is mandatory for everyone now. A pilot phase has been running since February 2026. The infrastructure is live. Penalties apply from day one.
